Refunds
Our refund policy and SLA is the full and current version; this guide only explains how to ask.
- Check the policy. Read the refund policy: it lists what can be refunded, within what time, and what can't.
- Open a Billing ticket. Open a ticket with the Billing & payments topic, choose the service, and say what you'd like refunded.
Gift cards
Gift cards aren't refundable once redeemed.
Service credits
Uptime service credits are described in the SLA section of the policy. Credits go on your account balance and come off your next invoice.
