Billing, invoices and the billing portal
Billing runs through Stripe. Open the billing portal from Billing & invoices in the client area, or go to /billing.
In the billing portal
Change your payment method, download invoices and receipts, update billing details, and cancel a subscription at the end of its paid period.
Upgrades
Plan changes aren't done in the portal, because changing the price there wouldn't resize your server. Place a new order or open a Billing ticket.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails we email you and retry automatically. If it stays unpaid the service is suspended; pay the open invoice and it comes back automatically.
Account credit
Credit from gift cards, referrals or service credits is taken off your next invoices automatically. See Account credit.
