Account credit, gift cards and referrals
Account credit is money on your IronVault billing account. It is taken off your next invoices automatically, and it can't be paid out as cash.
Your balance
The Account credit section of the client area shows your balance and where each credit came from.
Gift cards
Gift cards come in $10, $25, $50 or $100. Buy one in the client area, for yourself or for someone else by email. The code is emailed once the payment goes through.
To redeem a code, enter it under Account credit in the client area. A new card can be redeemed from 24 hours after it was bought. Each code works once, and gift cards aren't refundable once redeemed.
Refer a friend
Your referral link is in the client area. When someone follows it and places their first order as a new customer, you get $5 of credit once their first payment goes through.
It doesn't combine with an affiliate code: if the order uses one, no referral credit is given. Referring yourself doesn't count, and if that first payment is fully refunded within 45 days, or disputed with the bank, the credit is taken back.
