Open a support ticket
Tickets are one conversation shared by the website and Discord. Choose what it is about and it goes to the right team.
- Start a ticket. Go to Support and press New ticket, or press a topic button on our Discord ticket panel.
- Pick a topic. Choose a service (game server, VPS, a bot…) or a general topic: billing, sales, moving from another host, security, or other.
- Pick the server. If you have services of that kind, choose which one it is about, so we can look straight at it.
- Describe the problem. Write what happened and what you expected. Never put your IronVault password or card details in a ticket; we don't need them.
Replies
Replies show on the ticket page and arrive by email. If your Discord is linked, they also arrive in your Discord DMs, and you can answer the bot there.
Topics
Move from another host asks for a free migration (see free migration). Security / suspicious message is for anything that looks like a scam (see Spot a scam).
