Connect to your storage
Your storage card in the client area shows how much space you use and the details to connect.
- Get your password. Press Show password on the storage card. It shows your username and password.
- Pick a way in. The card shows an SFTP command with the server, port and your username, the FTPS port, and, where offered, a WebDAV address.
- Connect. Use any client that speaks SFTP, FTPS or WebDAV, such as FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck or rclone, with the details exactly as shown on the card.
In the browser
Where the card shows Open file manager, you can upload and download files in your browser. Log in with the same username and password.
Space
Your plan's space is a hard limit: the card shows how much you use. Once it is full, uploads fail until you free up space.
New password
Reset password sets a new one and shows it. Anything still using the old one, such as a backup job or rclone, stops working until you update it.
What it isn't
Storage is for files only: there is no shell to run programs, and no S3 endpoint. Use SFTP, FTPS or WebDAV.
